With every account it is our policy to provide you with face to
face contact, at your convenience, to discuss policies and
procedures within your company. We will then decide on what
procedures will best fit your needs, allowing you to customize
service. Common policy is listed as follows but please
remember we will do as much as possible to tailor our service to
meet your individual needs.
We make prompt contact within 24 hours and inspect in one working
day whenever possible. Original estimates and detailed
reports are faxed within 24 hours of physical inspection. Total losses
are called within 24 hours and reports with ACV are faxed within 36 hours.
All appraisals are written using accepted industry terms and
procedures. ADP computerized estimating system is our
commonly used system. This applies to all appraisals
unless otherwise specified by your company.
